Support Program

We invite IEEE RAS members to apply to the Membership Support Program. This program offers approximately 15 scholarships, in the amount of 1,500 USD to help offset travel expenses related to 2025 Robosoft.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Applicant must be either a student and/or a resident from a developing country.
• Applicant must be presenting work at the conference.
• Applicant must be an IEEE RAS member.

* Under-represented groups are particular encouraged to apply.

Accepted Paper Discount

IEEE RAS will offer one 200 USD discount on registration for every accepted paper.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Applicant must be an IEEE RAS member.
• Only one discount per paper is permitted.
• Codes will be sent to all authors as soon as possible.
