Instructions for presenters

👉 Multi-track presenters

• Be in the room at least 10 minutes before your session starts and introduce yourself to the session chair,
• If you want to test your slides for the multi-track day, you are free to do so during the coffee breaks. However we can guarantee technical support during this time
• For the flash talks, please line up at the side of the room so you are ready to go in order.

Multi-track Posters

• Morning Presenters (sessions starting at 9:00 or 11:30). Your posters should be on the boards before the start of the session from 9, and you must take your poster down by 13:40 for the afternoon session.
• Afternoon Presenters (sessions starting at 14:00 or 16:30). Your posters should be on the boards before the start of the session from 14:00, and you can take your poster down at the end of the day when the last poster session finishes (around 18h30).
• Poster boards are grouped by Room. You have been also allocated the poster board number on the main conference program (as per the spreadsheet on this page). This number will be on the poster boards:

👉 Single Track Presenters:

• Come at least 10 mins before the start of the session. Come down to the front right corner of the room before your talk, where there are seats reserved for the speakers. On stage you will have a microphone on the podium, and a ‘clicker’ for your slides.

 Posters:

Please put the posters up before 10:30 the first coffee break, they should be up all day. Please try and be around your poster for the morning and afternoon break. Please use the following poster boards ( you can choose any board in this area!)
